Bookings stay tied to the calendar
Clients can reserve sessions while the trainer keeps control of class capacity, timing, and availability.

Trainer workflow
What it handles
CoachSphere keeps the operational layer quiet: bookings, client records, progress, payments, and group reservations all point back to the same coaching calendar.
Clients can reserve sessions while the trainer keeps control of class capacity, timing, and availability.
Weight goals, attendance, and wearable data sit beside the client relationship, where coaching decisions happen.
Packages, invoices, and memberships can be handled online while group reservations stay simple and payment-free for now.
Online group sessions
The public booking page reads the same Firebase group-class calendar as the app and saves reservations back to that class.

Workflow
1. Set the class
The trainer creates scheduled group sessions in the CoachSphere app.
2. Share the page
Clients open the public group booking page and choose an available space.
3. Sync the calendar
The reservation writes back to Firebase, updates the class count, and appears in the same app data.
