What it handles

The pieces trainers usually stitch together by hand.

CoachSphere keeps the operational layer quiet: bookings, client records, progress, payments, and group reservations all point back to the same coaching calendar.

Bookings stay tied to the calendar

Clients can reserve sessions while the trainer keeps control of class capacity, timing, and availability.

Progress is readable without spreadsheets

Weight goals, attendance, and wearable data sit beside the client relationship, where coaching decisions happen.

Payments remain available off-app

Packages, invoices, and memberships can be handled online while group reservations stay simple and payment-free for now.

Online group sessions

Reserve a class without the app.

The public booking page reads the same Firebase group-class calendar as the app and saves reservations back to that class.

For trainers

Run the practice without chasing the admin.

  • Set up clients, packages, invoices, memberships, and session types.
  • Keep group-class capacity visible as reservations arrive.
  • Use one record for coaching context, not a patchwork of tabs.

For clients

Book, check in, and keep showing up.

  • Reserve a group session online when the trainer opens one.
  • Sign in to manage packages, invoices, and membership payments.
  • Use the app for progress, messages, and day-to-day coaching.

Workflow

From setup to booked sessions in three steps.

1. Set the class

The trainer creates scheduled group sessions in the CoachSphere app.

2. Share the page

Clients open the public group booking page and choose an available space.

3. Sync the calendar

The reservation writes back to Firebase, updates the class count, and appears in the same app data.

Questions

Short answers.

Can clients book without the app?

Yes. Group sessions can be reserved from the public web page without creating an app account.

Is payment required for group sessions?

Not right now. Group sessions reserve immediately. The separate account area still supports packages, invoices, and memberships.

Does this use the same app database?

Yes. The web page reads and writes the same Firebase group-class data used by CoachSphere.
